SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are as follows; Standard rate of ZAR250 for shipping within Gauteng.
  • Free Delivery if the item purchased is ZAR2000 or more within Gauteng.
  • Shipping costs are as follows; Standard rate of ZAR350 for shipping within Provinces outside Gauteng.
  • Free Delivery if the item purchased is ZAR2000 or more within Provinces outside Gauteng
  • Local Pick-up at our Brooklyn Store is available and will have no additional costs attached to it. We will let you know when your package is ready for pickup.
  • For international deliveries, you will be contacted with a separate quote on deliveries outside South Africa based on courier rates and insurance pricing.


INSURANCE AND TRACKING
Insurance will be included with every package sent off with the couriers that we will cover without additional costs for local South African deliveries. In the extremely rare case that your package gets destroyed, lost, or stolen, Sunsonite (pty) Ltd does not take responsibility on behalf of the courier company while your package is on board a shipping truck or freight ship. We will claim the insurance cover from the courier and make sure you get the cover paid out based on the value of your item. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

A tracking number and link that can be used to track your package's whereabouts will be sent to you as soon as the package leaves our premises.

DELIVERY TIME
This item will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping depends on the availability of the product as well as any additional changes that need to be made to the product (e.g. sizing). On average, your product will be shipped within 7 working days if it is available in store. It can take up to 15 working days if it needs to be ordered from a supplier, alternatively, it can take up to 8 weeks if it needs to be ordered from overseas. Before placing your order, you are welcome to check what the delivery time for your product will be by contacting us beforehand.

We always use next-day delivery options if available however in the event we do not, we will let you know. Unfortunately, we don't take responsibility on behalf of couriers for shipping delays. Please contact the couriers or our store to follow up with the courier's delays.

Item's with a value threshold above R500 000 will be delivered by our driver or one of our managers on request and will be done within 2-3 Days.
